The OpenSSL required Microsoft Visual C++ to be installed on your system. So we use one of these OpenSSL derived products MSI package installer on our windows server 2019. They forked the original OpenSSL source code and provided us as MSI installer which is easy to use. But for windows we relay on Third Party OpenSSL Related Binary Distributions.
